A typical day on the retreat

Daily yoga practice with Anandi at sunrise, followed by an ancient Vedic fire puja designed to purify your body, mind and soul.

Highly alkaline fresh raw green juice, super charged with organic bee pollen, will be served daily before breakfast, a delicious way to enhance digestion and eliminate toxins.

A leisurely breakfast of vibrant, organic delicacies will be served on the covered patio overlooking dreamlike views of the Tuscan countryside.

There will be a daily morning workshop on topics from the yoga sciences to the deeper aspects of Ayurveda.  Our goal is to empower you to take the tools from this retreat home to apply to your everyday life.

After a delicious lunch, pamper yourself with free time for reading, relaxing, napping and lounging by the pool and hot tub. Or enjoy an incredible massage or book a healing session on our amethyst crystal bio mat. Guided walking meditations and excursions to nearby historic sites will also be available to those who wish to join.

Regroup for the afternoon yoga practice led by Anandi.

At sunset a gourmet dinner featuring a choice between vegetarian, vegan/gluten free and pescatarian menus will be accompanied by wonderful organic wines from small local wineries.Each evening will conclude with a magical experience that will help you unwind and prepare for deep and rejuvenating sleep.
