The Inner Stability Diagnostic
You don’t have a sleep problem. You have a stability problem that shows up at night.
Sleep returns when the system that allows it is stabilised — the nervous system, the daily rhythms, the way energy is spent and recovered across the whole 24-hour cycle.
The pattern
Sleep is rarely the real problem
If you’re here, you’re probably doing a lot right. Capable, responsible, outwardly coping — and waking at 2am with a mind that is already at work. Exhausted despite sleeping enough hours. Starting the day depleted, foggy, or wired-tired.
At this stage, disrupted sleep is rarely about sleep habits. It is a signal: that the nervous system is overloaded, that energy is leaking faster than it is recovered, that your internal rhythms are no longer supporting your external life.
You have likely already tried the sensible things. The problem is not effort, and it is not discipline. The system carrying you has been running at the edge of its capacity for so long it no longer has a margin to recover.
That margin can be rebuilt. It starts with understanding the pattern.
What this is — and isn’t
This is not a sleep consultation
A consultation tells you what to do. A diagnostic tells you what needs stabilising first, and why everything you have tried so far hasn’t held.
Bad sleep is a symptom of internal instability.
Alison Anandi
The diagnostic combines deep qualitative insight — your lived experience, taken seriously and in detail — with nervous-system assessment and measurable markers of change. Not vague promises of better rest, but three concrete indicators:
Night awakenings
Not just if you wake, but how, when, and why your system is coming online.
Heart rate variability
A key indicator of nervous-system adaptability and recovery capacity.
Daytime clarity
Your ability to focus, regulate energy, and move through the day without adrenaline or collapse.
The methodology
Sleepology by Anandi® works across three pillars
01
Nervous System Stability
The foundation of internal safety and regulation. Supporting the nervous system to move out of constant vigilance so the body can switch off, settle, and recover. This is the primary stabiliser — everything else depends on it.
02
Sleep & Deep Rest
Night-time recovery and restoration. Rebuilding sleep architecture and evening wind-down rhythms so rest becomes consolidated, nourishing, and reliable.
03
Digestive Rhythm
Metabolic ease and daily rhythm. Improving digestive quality and timing so energy is assimilated properly and the body can fully settle overnight.
Grounded in both modern physiology and deep Ayurvedic principles, with breath at its centre — practices designed to be done under the eye of a guide, because the pattern you are inside is precisely the one you cannot see in yourself.
What’s included
Six sessions across sixteen weeks
A 90-minute diagnostic assessment with Alison
The assessment happens live, in conversation, not through a form. Alison works with what she hears: the nuances in your answers, the details that seem unrelated to sleep but aren’t. Some questions may seem odd. They are entirely relevant — the pattern rarely lives where the symptom does.
Your written report and personalised protocol
A full report mapping where stability is breaking down in your system, and a practical, grounded protocol built around your specific patterns, not generic advice.
A 60-minute follow-up session
You will have read your report before this session, so you arrive with your questions ready. This is where the findings are integrated and the protocol settles into real life.
Three 45-minute recalibration sessions
Change that holds is built over weeks, not delivered in a session. The first two review progress against your three markers, respond to obstacles, and refine the protocol as your system shifts. The third is the closing review.
Targeted breathwork and nervous-system practices
Personalised practices for evening down-regulation, middle-of-the-night awakenings, and greater internal stability over time.

The investment
£1,200 to begin. £4,995 for the full process.
For some, the diagnostic is the whole of it — the assessment, the report, the protocol and ninety days of supervision are enough to change what happens at night.
For others it is phase one of the Inner Stability Process. Your assessment comes first, then your written report, and rather than reading it alone, you go through it with me in person at Casa Anandi in Le Marche — five days and four nights designed around what it found. You return home with three integration sessions across the ninety days that follow. The Process is £4,995 in total, and your £1,200 is the first payment; if you continue, the balance is £3,795. Nothing is paid twice, and nothing is generic.
Book a retreat within 90 days of receiving your report and the full £1,200 is credited against it.
The residential days are not the product. They are where the work becomes physical.
There is no pressure to continue. Clarity comes first.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- You are capable and perceptive but internally running at the limit.
- Your sleep issues feel layered, not simple.
- You don’t want another app, supplement, or routine.
- You sense your body needs stability, not more effort.
- You want your nights to properly support your days again.
Not for you
It’s not for you if
- You want a quick fix or rigid sleep rules.
- You’re not ready to work with your nervous system at depth.
What clients say
Their words
It’s never just about the night time. There are so many factors affecting our sleep, and she is a master at uncovering the deeper reasons.
Dale Darley MBA — Author, Coach
Alison has been the source of the most successful treatment I have found, above all help sought, including NHS and private medical appointments. Her understanding of breath work and its power should be a national programme of education.
Keeley Poore — Marketing Manager
I had insomnia for 23 years and tried everything. The first report was amazing and really got to the heart of my issues. I am sleeping better, my days are better, my life is better.
Victoria Wright
I had suffered from chronic insomnia for 5 years and it was getting worse. I now go to bed without anxiety and sleep throughout the night every night. It is a revelation.
Debbie Lythe
Who I am
Who is doing this work
I am Alison Anandi. Thirty-five years in wellbeing, twenty of them teaching breath, and the creator of Sleepology by Anandi®. I have written two books on breath and sleep, and I have been running residential retreats since 2008.
I lead all of this personally — the assessment, the report, the protocol, and every session afterwards. There is no team behind me delivering a version of my method, which is both the constraint and the point.

The gateway
Where this leads
For some, the diagnostic alone creates profound shifts. For others it becomes the foundation for residential work at Casa Anandi, or a private immersion delivered wherever you are.
Fifteen retreat guests a year across three retreats, and six private immersion clients. I lead all of it personally, and the work is not scaled beyond what I can hold properly.
The interest list hears first when dates open.

The quiz
Three minutes to see whether your system is stable, or just holding it together
Compensation is invisible from the inside. The quiz mirrors the pattern back, so you can see it for the first time.
Questions
Before you begin
Is this a medical or clinical service?
No. The diagnostic is not medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders or health conditions. It provides orientation and insight, not diagnosis. We work with nervous-system stability, rhythm, and energy regulation using non-clinical markers. If you are under medical care, this work can sit alongside that support.
Do I need a wearable or sleep tracker?
Yes. The diagnostic works with measurable markers — night awakenings, HRV trends, sleep fragmentation — and those need measurement, not estimation. Without trend data, the work leans on subjective impressions, and subjective impressions are precisely what an overloaded system distorts. Any established wearable works. If you don’t have one, Alison will advise before your assessment.
How is this different from sleep coaching?
Most consultations focus on what to do. This focuses on what needs stabilising first. Rather than adding routines, we assess why your system isn’t switching off, where energy is leaking, and which rhythms are misaligned — then design a protocol that fits your nervous system, not a template. The sequence matters: stabilise first, then build.
Is this a one-off or part of a longer process?
The diagnostic and protocol stand alone, and the 90-day integration period with three recalibration sessions is included. For some, that is enough. For others it becomes the foundation for the Casa Anandi retreats or private immersion work, and the full diagnostic fee is credited against a retreat booked within 90 days of your report. There is no obligation to continue.
Who is this work not suitable for?
This work is not suitable for individuals currently in recovery from substance dependence, or navigating acute addiction-related challenges. The diagnostic works with nervous-system regulation and subtle internal rhythms; addiction needs medical attention first.
