What on earth has sleep got to do with losing weight I hear you say? Well actually there is a profound connection between insomnia and the inability to lose weight.  Unfortunately 51% of the British public have an issue with sleep in one form or another, which is over half of us….What is happening and why is this becoming an epidemic?!!

I hear many people talking about which diet they tried;  low carbohydrates, no carbohydrates, apples only, eggs and grapefruit, cabbage soup only etc…how on earth is someone supposed to follow some of these diets I don’t know.  Health is a holistic matter and in most cases, losing weight is about a lifestyle change, which means there is no going back!
